When will Inbox Velocity launch?
The engine is already running in an invite-only private beta. We're opening to the waitlist in batches as we scale. Join early access to get in sooner — early adopters receive founder's pricing and priority access.
What happens after I join the waitlist?
You'll get development updates and early access to beta testing as spots open up. When we launch, you'll be among the first to know and your founder's pricing will be locked in.
How does the AI access my emails?
Through Google OAuth — we never store your password. The access tokens we do store are encrypted (AES-256), data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
Is my email data private and secure?
Privacy is foundational. We never store your Google password, and the tokens we store are encrypted (AES-256). Email classification runs through OpenAI's API, which does not train on your content. You can revoke access anytime. As we grow, we're working toward formal compliance certifications.
Which email providers are supported?
Today, Inbox Velocity works with Gmail — and you can connect more than one Gmail account. Support for Outlook / Office 365 and other providers is on the roadmap. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know as we add them.
How long does setup take?
We're designing setup to take about 5 minutes — connect your Gmail accounts and the AI begins learning your patterns right away. We expect users to feel the difference within the first couple of days.
Can I still check email outside the 15-minute windows?
Of course. The 15-minute sessions are designed for processing and decision-making. You can always check for truly urgent items, and the AI surfaces anything critical that needs immediate attention.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees. We're confident you'll love the time you get back, but if it's not for you, cancellation is instant.
